    1 LG Bell Pepper, Green (sweet)
    1 LG Bell Pepper Yellow raw sweet (by C25KGAL)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 stalk,Celery, raw
    4 cloves Garlic
    5 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh
    4 tbsp Parmasian Cheese Grated
    2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
    3 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
    2 tsp Pepper, black
    1 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)

MAKES AN EXCELLENT SIDE DISH


Directions

DICE THE PEPPERS, CELERY, AND ONIONS.
COOK IN PREPARED HEAVY DEEP SKILLET, ( I USE CAST IRON. ) UNTIL SOFT. REMOVE. COOK TURKEY IN SAME SKILLET UNTIL DONE.
ADD SPICES AND STIR, ADD COOKED PEPPERS, ONIONS, AND CELERY, STIR TO MIX.
ADD CABBAGE AND STIR TO BLEND. CONTINUE COOKING UNTIL CABBAGE IS WILTED. SPRINKLE ON PARMASIAN CHEESE, STIR TO MIX EVENLY. PLACE IN OVEN 350* FOR 20 MINUTES.
