Ingredients

16 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
14 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener
6 large rectangular piece or 2 s Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon
3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Set oven to 350 degrees
Use aluminum cupcake holders with paper liners. Do not cook the cheesecake in aluminum. Line with paper cupcake papers.
Blend Cream Cheese, Packets of Sweetener Truvia, three large eggs, one tsp. Vanilla. Beat well, I like to ensure air is also beaten into the mixture for a lighter cheesecake result.
Smash or grind in the blender; the graham crackers add butter and blend.
Place a little in each cupcake holder, lightly press down with a spoon.
Add cheesecake mixture, fill the cupcakes till they are half filled with cracker crumbs and cheesecake mix.
Bake in the oven. 18-22 minutes. Depending on your oven, they can be baked in 18 minutes.
Before baking, drop a couple of blueberries or raspberries into the mix for added flavor.
