Ingredients

    1 clove Garlic
    1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw
    1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen
    1 can Tuna, Canned in Light Oil
    0.25 cup Ancent Harvest's Quinoa, Traditional, Organic (1/4 cup dry / 46 grams)

Directions

Cook the Quinoa for about 15 minutes when it's done just like a rice
Sauté the garlic, onion
Followed by Spinach mix it and add the tuna in canned
Add pepper and salt to taste
Then mixed the Quinoa let it boil for a minute
Then serve
