    Pita bread wheat, or oats, flax seed
    2 scrambled eggs
    1/4 cup of chopped onions
    1 Louis Rich turkey slices
    1 slice of low calorie american cheese
    1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash extra spicy
    1/4 cup of diced tomatoes

Directions

1. Mix eggs, chopped onions, and dry seasioning together and scramble in a hot non-stick skillette.
2. add turkey slice to warm.
3. rest cheese on top of eggs and place trukey slice on top of cheese and add tomatoes
4.lift with egg turner and stuffed pita
