Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    *. 1 yogurt (any flavour you want, it can even be plain)
    *. 4 yogurt cups self raising flour (whole meal/white flour)
    *. 2/3 yogurt cups granulated sugar
    *. 1/2 yogurt cup oil
    *. 1/2 yogurt cup skimmed milk
    *. 2 tbsp baking powder
    *. 2 apples of any fruit you like (i used apples and came out excellent with the cherry taste

Directions

*. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celcius or 356 Fahrenheit.
*. Pell the apples and chop them ( do not chop them in very fine, don't think that you have too many apples, because the cake will rice and the apple pieces will become smaller and so they're theperfect fortion)
*. Add all ingredients together in a bowl
*. Mix them together well and put them in a pan
*. Bake for 35- 45 minutes or use the test (tooth pick comes out clean)
*. Leave it to cool and enjoy you nice cake
