Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Coconut Oil
    1 large Carrots, spiral sliced (or julienne cut)
    1 large parsnip spiral sliced (or julienne cut)
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced into thin strips
    1/2 large Zucchini spiral sliced (or julienne cut)
    4 medium Mushrooms, sliced
    1 large Scallions, chopped
    3 cloves Garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp Fine Sea Salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
    1/2tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp dried Basil
    1 tsp dried Oregano
    1/2 tsp dried Thyme
    1 tbsp Holland House White Cooking Wine


Directions

In Large Skillet or wok, heat coconut oil. Add carrots, parsnip and peppers. Saute for about 5 minutes.
Add Zucchini, mushrooms, onion and garlic and saute for about 2 minutes.
Add seasonings and continue to saute for another 2 minutes.
Add wine and cover immediately. Allow veggies to steam for about a minute. Mix well and serve.
