    2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.50 tsp Cloves, ground
    0.50 tsp Ginger, ground
    1 tsp Salt
    0.50 cup Lard
    1 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    0.25 cup Molasses
    0.50 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum (Thickener) 1 tbsp serving
    2 serving Dates (Sun Date California Pitted; 5-6 dates)
    0.5 cup Coconut flour (1/2 cup dry - 80grams)
    1 cup Banana Flour

Directions

Bake at 350 for 1 hour
