Introduction
Just a quick scramble with minimul calories and a great way to slip some veggies in first thing. I like to drizzle them with just a bit of ketchup and sometimes have toast on the side.*I've calculated this with Egglands Best Large eggs. Ingredients

2 Large, Eggs
1/2 cup Chopped Broccoli, Frozen
1/4 cup Chopped Onion, Frozen
Directions
1.Use a no calorie cooking spray ( or butter if that's all you havem just make sure to mesure it out and add it to your tracker), and spray a small to medium sized pan.
2.Put the greased pan on medium. ( If you're in a rush, you can turn up it up higher.)
3.Mesure out the broccoli and onion into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30-45 seconds.
4.Crack the eggs into the pan and add the broccoli and onion.
5.Stir eggs frequently. Cook for about 3-5 minutes depending on size of pan and if you've adjusted the tempurature.
Serving Size: Makes about a 3/4 a small plate of eggs.
