    0.5 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
    16 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
    0.5 serving Ideal lean protein powder (by KATRINKA58)
    1 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)
    0.25 tsp Baking Soda
    0.25 tsp Baking Powder
    0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.125 tsp Ginger, ground
    0.125 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Tips

let sit a little while to thicken up to make better pancakes. Cook right away for waffles.
