Introduction

Ingredients

    Salad:
    1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup Cauliflower, raw
    8 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)
    1 package (10 oz) Peas, frozen
    (Dressing)
    1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    2 serving Bacon

    Dressing:
    16 tbsp Chosen Foods Mayonnaise with Avacado oil
    1 cup Chobani greek yogurt plain whole milk
    2 tbsp Honey
    .25 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Season Salt

Tips

In the produce Isle I buy a package of pre cut mixed broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. I chop this with my hand chopper and add to the salad.


Directions

Layer in order each item in a 9x13 inch cake pan. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the fridge until ready to serve. Add ranch dressing to individual serving when ready to eat.
