    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw

    0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1 tsp Salt

    3 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh

Directions

Sauté vegetable for 20 min on low temperature . Make sure you don't over cook
