Ingredients

    2 lbs ground beef
    1 15.5-oz. jar of Salsa (you decide how hot)
    1 tbsp chili powder
    2 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp oregano
    1 tsp dried minced garlic
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Tips

Serve with your favorite Chili condiments - shredded cheese, sour cream, onions, etc... Also good served over cooked broccoli for additional vegetables


Directions

Brown the beef - if it isn't too fatty, just stir in all the remaining ingredients (or you can pour off the fat first). Simmer until done to your liking (the onions in the salsa are a little crunchy if you don't cook the chili very long). Or you can put the whole thing in a slow cooker on low, and let it cook until you are ready to eat.
