Ingredients

    1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    2.0 tsp Coriander seed
    2.0 tsp Cumin seed
    2.0 tsp Paprika
    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1.0 tsp Turmeric, ground
    0.5 tsp Salt
    10.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
    1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice
    4.0 clove Garlic
    6.0 tsp Ginger Root
    1.0 large Onions, raw
    2.0 can, 15 oz (303 x 406) Tomato products, canned, sauce, spanish style
    1.0 tbsp Garam Masala
    2.0 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
    6.0 tsp Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar

Directions

Dice onion and chicken. Add all ingredients except cream, cornstarch and lemon to cooker and set on low for 5 hours. Combine cream and cornstarch in a bowl and slowly temper with sauce from the pot. When cream mixture is warm, pour into crockpot and let sit for 20 mins to thicken. Stir lemon juice in. Serve warm. Serving Size: 10 Servings
