    0.5 cup Pumpkin seeds
    2.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    8.0 tbsp Almonds - sliced
    0.02 cup Wheat germ, crude
    0.12 cup Maple Grove Farm Maple Syrup (sugar free)
    2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    16.0 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)

Directions

Mix all ingredients and bake for 25 minutes in a 340 degree oven.
