10 serving Cheese--Great Value Part Skim Ricotta Cheese--1/4 cp serv
30 oz Ricotta cheese, fat-free
10 serving Jennie-O Turkey Store Sausage Turkey Italian Sweet (1 link)
12 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
1 small Onions, raw
3 clove Garlic
1.6 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
wilt spinach, and drain of water, set aside
cook sausage, onion, and garlic thoroughly and grind in food processor
mix all ingredients evenly in large bowl
clean and de-stem peppers, creating a "bowl"
stuff each pepper with 1 cup of mixture
Bake at 325 for 45 minutes , let rest for 5, serve with sauce.
(sauce - beef broth and ketchup, bay leaf)
