Ingredients

1 tbsp Butter, salted
2 slice, medium Bread, italian
0.35 cup Blueberries, fresh
2 tbsp Basil
2 oz Goat Cheese, Soft
Directions
Prepare like a grilled cheese.
Spread goat cheese on one side of each slice of bread. Place chopped basil (fresh) on top of goat cheese. Add blueberries on one slice - then top with other slice.
Place 1/2 Tbsp butter on griddle. Put sandwich over butter . Place other 1/2 Tbsp butter on top of sandwich.
Remain on griddle for 2 minutes (or so) (medium heat) then flip (so butter is now under bread on top). Remain on hear 2 minutes (or so)
Flip & repeat if desired. When you see the cheese nice and melty .. Remove from heat / cut in half and enjoy the amazing flavors !
