    2 large Poached Egg
    2T Black beans, rinsed
    1 clove Garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp Onion powder
    1 butter, salted
    1 pinch, salt


In a soup mug, combine beans, garlic, onion, butter, salt. Microwave until hot, about 60 seconds. Poach 2 eggs in simmering water with the lid on, just until the whites are opaque, so that the yolks are still runny. Add eggs to beans. enjoy!
