    2 White Sweet Potato
    1 bunch Celery
    10 strips Wegmans organic Turkey Bacon
    6 cups Celery Root
    4 cups Hemp Milk- Pacific Vanilla Unsweetened
    2 cup water
    1 dash Salt
    1 tbsp Lemon juice
    4 tbsp Parsley, dried

Tips

Pure the celeriac root with the broth and roughly mash the potato for added chunkyness.
