    1.0 package (18.50 oz) Cake, yellow, dry mix, pudding-type
    1.0 cup Coconut Milk (Silk)
    1.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.25 cup maranatha coconut butter
    Frosting
    8.0 tbsp Better Than Cream Cheese (non-hydrogenated) [Tofutti] (4 oz approx)
    0.5 cup maranatha coconut butter
    3.25 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar
    3.0 tbsp Coconut Milk (Silk)
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Pour mixed cake ingredients into three greases round cake pans and put into oven for about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes clean. When cooling cake make frosting and frost each later then the edges.
