Ingredients

    0.25 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted
    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap (hot)
    2.0 tbsp Hodgson Mill tapioca flour/starch
    1.0 tsp Hodgson Mill Tapioca flour/starch
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.75 tsp Morton sea salt
    1.0 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice

Directions

1. Soak cashews for a few hours and then blend all ingredients in blender or food processor 2. Pour into sauce pan over medium high heat. Stir until it curdles then reduce to medium heat and keep stirring. 3/ cook and keep stirring until it becomes thick and stretchy 4. Remove from heat, cool and transfer
