Number of Servings: 84

Ingredients

2.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2 cup Butter, unsalted
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Morton Salt
    .75 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    .75 cup Granulated Sugar
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    340 gram Nestle Choc chips~1 tbsp {14g}
    1 cup, chopped Walnuts

Tips

Use a cookie scoop for easier handling of dough ~makes more uniform shaped cookies than a regular spoon drop.
Refrigeration of an hour for dough is to assist in BETTER HANDLING AND TEXTURE ,but if in a hurry ,really not necessary. I have found that when I DO REFRIGERATE the dough, the cookies turn out BETTER AND CHEWIER!

Directions

1. Ground walnuts or buy chopped pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients in ORDER.
3. Refrigerate dough for 1 hour.
4. Drop by using a cookie dough scoop by Pampered Chef or other company ~hence, the different sizes. I try for half of the scoop.
5. Bake @ 375v degrees Farenheit for 9-11 min. or til golden.
6. Let sit on cookie sheet for 1 min.BEFORE removing to wire racks.

Serving Size: Makes 84 small 1 1/2" to medium-sized 2 1/2 " cookies
