Ingredients

    13.0 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Crushed Tomatoes
    0.5 large Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw
    6.0 clove Garlic
    6.0 tbsp Chili powder
    1.0 tbsp Cumin seed
    0.5 cup Bob's Re seed Mill TVP
    6.0 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can

Directions

Chop and dice the celery and onion. Put everything in a Crock-Pot except the TVP. Run garlic through a press or mince. Cook on high 6 hours add the TVP about 20 minutes before serving.
