Ingredients

    2 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    2 oz Baker's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
    1/4 cup Butter, salted
    2 large eggs
    1/3 cup Xylitol
    1/2 tsp Almond Extract
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
    2 tbsp Coconut flour
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp - Kosher Salt

    Cheesecake filling
    8 oz Cream Cheese
    1/3 cup Xylitol
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Melt Chocolate and butter in micro. Stir every 20 seconds until melted. In large bowl heat eggs and 1/3c Xylitol. Add 2 tsp Vanilla and 1/2 tsp Almond Extract. Add melted chocolate into egg mixture, stir until blended. In small bowl whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt. Stir (by hand) into chocolate mixture just until incorporated. Do not over mix. Reserve 3/4 cup of batter. Spread remaining batter into parchment lined 8x8 pan. Beat cream cheese, 1tsp vanilla and 1/3 cup Xylitol together until light and creamy. Spread over chocolate batter. Spoon and spread reserved batter on top. Swirl knife through layers. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 min. Cool and slice into squares
