0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1.0 clove Garlic
2.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
30.0 Grams Tomato Paste
1.0 tsp Salt
1.0 tsp Chili powder
0.5 tsp Cumin seed
0.5 tsp Pepper, black
1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Cook diced onion and garlic in oil until soft
Add beef and cook until brown
Add seasonings and tomato paste and water
Let simmer until half the liquid is cooked down.
Serve in regular taco shells or lettuce wraps.
