Ingredients

    .50 cup Kroger fat free organic chicken broth
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    .50 tbsp Thyme, ground
    12 oz Simple Truth Free Range Chicken Organic Boneless Skinless Breast w/Rib Meat

Tips

This shredded chicken can be used for enchiladas, salads, pizzas, wraps, pitas and just about anything else you can think of.

This chicken is also freezer friendly so freeze the amount that you don't need for later use.


Directions

1. Rinse chicken and place in crockpot on low for 3 1/2 hours with all of the ingredients.
2. When done, shred the chicken with a fork.
3. Place the shredded chicken back in the crockpot for about 5 more minutes on warm.
4. Chicken is ready to be served!
