Introduction

Stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped with bacon...great appetizer or snack. I often make them just for myself, so I limited the recipe to one serving. Not difficult to increase amount for a crowd. Ingredients

1 serving Hormel Natural Choice Uncured Bacon (2 slices) (by CCZDMOM)
2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers about 3 to 4 inches long
2 tbsp Cream Cheese- Whipped Philly (by RTMARTINEZ1980)

Tips

I often make these just for myself, so I limited the ingredients to one serving. It's not a difficult recipe to increase to serve as many people as you wish. Only your prep time will increase, but it's well worth it.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cut peppers in half; it's easy to use the side of a spoon to clean out seeds and membranes (leave a few seeds if you want them really hot).

Split 1 T of cream cheese between two halves and just layer it into the pepper. Wrap the bacon slice around the pepper (can be anchored with a toothpick, which I don't do).

Place on baking sheet in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until bacon reaches desired crispiness.

Serving Size: makes 4 wrapped jalapeno halves or one serving
