Ingredients

    8 oz Whole Wheat Penne (dry)
    2 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)
    2 cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
    1 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk
    16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
    3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

Tips

Use ground turkey for lower fat.
Eliminate meat all together for vegetarian version.


Directions

Brown ground beef. Drain.
Cook pasta according to package. Drain, do not rinse.
Mix together all ingredients (save half a cup of mozzarella for top) and place in baking dish.
Top with saved mozzarella.
Bake at 350F until cheese is melted and all is heated through.
Refrigerate leftovers.
