8.0 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]
1.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
1.75 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2.0 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)
1.75 cup Great Value Black Beans
Directions
Brown beef and onions in large skillet. Drain grease. Add corn, tomatoes, and beans. Season to taste with garlic, chili powder, paprika, siracha, and red pepper flakes. Cook until corn is cooked through. Add rice and one cup of water. Mix until coated in juices and spices. Simmer for 10 minutes or until no longer wet.
