Introduction
This is a slightly lower-fat and calorie version of the SparkPeople Broiled Tilapia parmesan. I simply used reduced fat parmesan and light mayonnaise, and it still tastes GREAT! Ingredients

1 lb. tilapia filets
1/4 cup Reduced Fat grated Parmesan
1.25 tbsp. Reduced fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. celery salt
2-3 tbsp. butter (sometimes it's too thick), melted
Directions
1. Preheat the oven's broiler
2. Line a pan with aluminum foil
3. In a small bowl, mix together the parmesan, butter, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Try to keep it from getting too thick. Set aside.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients except tilapia.
5. Arrange fish on aluminum foil.
6. Broil a few inches from the heat for 2-3 minutes.
7. Flip them over and do the same.
8. Cover with parmesan mixture on top and then broil for 2-3 more minutes until topping is browned and fish is flaky.
