Ingredients

.5 tbs organic unsweetened coconut shredded
    2 tbs quick oats
    .75 tsp chia seeds
.75 tsp flax (I used brown flax seeds)
    15 g 50% less sugar dried cranberries
1 tsp light blue agave nectar
2.25 tsp all natural creamy peanut butter (I used smuckers as it only contains peanuts and salt)
    .25 tsp water
1 tsp Linden honey (or honey that has abt 60 cals per tbs)

Tips

You can freeze them and they're still just as great! :)

Directions

Mix everything up in a bowl, spray small container with 0 cal cooking spray (wipe out so not dripping but still oiled enough to keep bar loose from side of container) and cool\ put in fridge or freezer. SOOO good! And SOOO good for you! :)
