Ingredients

    1.5 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium
    3.5 cup Goya lentils
    1.5 cup Mushrooms, canned
    3.5 cup Del Monte Southwest Corn
    3.0 1tsp Olive Oil
    2.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    0.25 cup Lime Juice
    0.02 cup Aunt Jemima Butter Lite Syrup
    1.0 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)

Directions

Drain and rinse canned good and mix well. Whisk dressing ingredients in smaller bowl, pour over, mix well before serving.
