A very yummy chicken, veggie and rice dish! A very yummy chicken, veggie and rice dish!

Ingredients

    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into cubes
    3 cups broccoli
    2 1/2 cups green beans
    3/4 cup Italian dressing, fat free
    Brown Rice
    2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions

Begin by preparing brown rice according to package and to how much rice you would like. Cook chicken in olive oil over medium heat. In seperate pan heat 3/4 cup of Italian fat free dressing. Once heated add broccoli and green beans (or any other veggies you'd like). Once chicken is done add to veggies and continue to cook for about 5 minute, adding drops of dressing as needed. Top brown rice with chicken and veggies and parmesan cheese and enjoy!
