Ingredients

    1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
    8 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1.2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
    .5 oz Romano Cheese
    1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 stick Butter, salted

Directions

Place cream and butter in a med sauce pan.
Simmer until butter is melted.
Turn heat up just a little to melt cheese
Stir in all the Cheeses and continually stirring or you'll burn the cheeses.
Add nutmeg and black pepper.
stir until all cheeses are melted

Serving Size: makes 8 servings, at 1/3 cup a serving
