Ingredients

    4 tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)
    .5 serving fresh red chilli (by MITCHY9)
    2 dash Salt
    2 dash Pepper, black
    1 serving Rose's Lime Juice 1oz (by RCKITTY1989)
    1 oz Croutons, seasoned
    1 tbsp Parsley Chopped (Optional)

Tips

If you are intending to have both servings yourself over two days just add enough croutons to half the mixture and save the rest to serve again the next day


Directions

in a bowl add all the chopped Tomato, cucumber, parsley and chilli, season with the salt and pepper, drizzle over the lime cordial stir and refrigerate

When ready to serve add the croutons and stir again
