Ingredients

    6 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved
    0.5 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    1.5 cup Oats, Quaker
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .75 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    .5 cup, chopped Scallions, raw
    1 tbsp Butter, salted

Tips

You can leave some of the cheese, bacon, and scallions out of the recipe and use it to garnish on time.


Directions

Cook bacon. Chop up onions, scallions, and green pepper. Melt butter. Mix together egg, butter, and milk, whisk til combined. Combine everything in a bowl and stir it up. Place in greased muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins.
