Ingredients

    5 Chicken breasts, cut to 1" chunks
    1 lb. Elbow macaroni
    1 can Sweet Peas, drained
    1 can corn, drained
    2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
    2 cans Milk
    12-14 slices American Cheese
    Salt to taste (1 Tbsp)
    Parsley to taste (1 Tbsp)
    Oregano to taste (1/2 Tbsp)
    Basil Leaves to taste (1/2 Tbsp)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook Pasta according to package directions, drain
Cut chicken into 1" chunks, saute with salt, parsley, oregano & basil until all sides are seared.
Cut american cheese slices into quarters, reserving 2-4 slices for topping.
Combine all ingredients into 5 quart cassarole and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover, add reserved cheese slices to top and cook for about 15 minutes or until bubbly.
