This is from a Paleo Crick Pot Chili Recipe. I added the beans, cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips. Ingredients

    8 oz Lauras Lean Beef Ground Beef 8% fat
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    3 clove Garlic
    100 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    6 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Crushed Tomatoes
    1 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 tbsp Sour Cream
    0.25 oz Tortilla Chips
    1 cup Beans, black
    3 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tbsp Oregano, ground
    1 tbsp Basil
    1 tbsp Cumin seed
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne

Directions

1. Sauté onions, garlic, carrots, red pepper and celery for 5 minutes on medium heat. 2. Add in the ground beef to the saucepan and cook until browned. Drain fat. 3. Transfer everything to the crockpot including your chopped jalapeño 4. Add spices to crock pot. 5. Stir it up. 6. Set crock pot to low, cover, and slow cook for 6 hrs. Garnish with cheese, tortilla chips, and sour cream Serving Size: Makes about 6 1 cup servings
