Ingredients

    2.0 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh
    1.0 serving Cherries Dark Sweet Pitted Frozen 1/2 Cup
    8.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    2.0 tbsp Honey
    1.0 cup Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    14.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Place pineapple and carries decoratively in bottom of baking dish. Drizzle with honey. Mix, flour, honey, eggs, baking soda, vanilla and applesauce together. Pour over pineapple and cherries. Bake 350 for 60 minutes or until comes clean with tooth pick test.
