Ingredients

    0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)
    .5 large Onions, raw
    .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup Baby Spinach (raw)
    0.25 cup Coriander Leaves, Fresh (by JWHITE03)
    2 tsp Garlic
    2 tsp Ginger Root
    10 gram(s) Green chilly / Mirchi (by SMARTKAT)
    1 tsp Turmeric, ground
    2 tbsp Cumin and Corriander seeds powder (by FANORONHA_14)
    1. tsp Salt - Iodized Sea Salt (by HIATTP)
    1.0 tsp Chilli Powder (by BULLDAWG77)
    1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Asaefoetida 1 pinch
    .5 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    0.50 cup Besan (Gram flour) (by KMFRALEY)
    .25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Tips

Shread every thing mix all spices and Besan let it soak for 15 to 20 min. It should be ready for cooking.


Directions

shread all the vegetables with a fine shreader. Add ingredienrs to
it except oil and Besan. After mixing it well add Besan slowly and mix well. It shouldturn into a batter like..Than heat non-stice pan and make an oval shape patty add little bit of oil if needed - let it turn into crispy brown than turn it over and let the other side cook. Take away from pan when both sides are done - its ready to eat. Tastes good with Rudolph's Bavarian Multi grain brea, green corriander chutney and sweet and sour chilli sause, make it like a sandwich. Cut into 4 pieces and serve.:)
