Ingredients

    1 large Spaghetti Squash
    1.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    2.0 tsp Garlic, minced
    1.0 small Onion sliced thin
    6 slices Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon
    1 1/2 cups Publix fat free sour cream
    2.0 cup Cheese, Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar
    0.5 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Slice spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Place cut side down in a microwaveable dish with a couple tablespoons of water, cover and cook in microwave for 10 minutes. Set aside. Cook bacon until crispy and set aside to cool and than crumble. Heat butter in skillet over medium heat, add garlic and onions. Saute until onion is carmelized. Scrape cooled squash out of shell into large mixing bowl. Mix together squash, sour cream, onions, crumbled bacon, 1 1/2 cups cheddar and 1/4 cup parmesan. Add pepper and salt to taste. Place mixed ingredients into casserole dish and bake in a 350 preheated oven for 20 minutes. In the last 5 minutes sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Serve hot.
