Ingredients

    1.0 1tsp Olive Oil
    5.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    0.5 cup slices Carrots, cooked
    1.5 cup, cubes Squash, winter, acorn, cooked, baked, with salt
    0.5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    0.33 tbsp Honey
    1.5 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    2.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)

Directions

Roast squash until done, cool, cube. Toss chicken with carrot, onion, jalapeno, balamic, oil, fresh herbs, honey and Dijon. Cook at 450 till nearly done, broil on high till done. Mix in squash Serving Size: 1
