Ingredients

    1 package Seeds of Change Seven Whole Grains
    1 can of Cut Green Beans
    1 package Great Value Philly Style Chicken Breast (about 14 oz of white meat chicken

Tips

This can be easily adapted to use tofu, or even leftover pork or beef. Substitute grains of your choice, as well as veggies. I topped mine with some Italian cheese blend


Directions

Cook the philly chicken as directed on the package. Add spices of your choice.
Then add the grains and green beans.
Mix well and cook til heated through.
Optional toppings of cheese, or crumbles of bacon. (not in the nutri info)
