Ingredients

1 Cup (8 Tbsp) Salted Butter
4 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/4 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Cup Mini-Pretzels
3 Cups Rice Chex
3 Cups Corn Chex
1 Cup Cheerios
1 Cup Cocktail Peanuts
Directions
Combine pretzels, rice chex, corn chex, cheerios, and peanuts in a large Glad reusable container. Melt butter in a shallow bowl/dish. Add worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and garlic powder to the melted butter. Mix well. Pour butter mixture over dry ingredients in large container. Cover with Glad lid and toss until butter mixture evenly coats the dry ingredients. Remove cover. Microwave on high for seven minutes, stirring or tossing every two minutes. After microwaving, empty contents of large container onto paper towels to let cool. After cooled, store in air-tight container. Yields 18 servings, 1/2 cup each.

I loved this, sometimes I just really want something salty and crunchy. I added a packet of spicy ranch dressing mix (added 5 calories per serving) and baked it in a 350 oven for about 15 min. When it was cool I pre-portioned it into bags so I can grab and go. Two servings was a nice big snack. - 1/3/11
