    1lb Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
    30.0 Grams Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk (approx 1/3 cup)
    2.0 cup, sliced Zucchini (approx 2 small zucchini)
    0.75 cup Mushrooms, canned
    1.5 cup Hunts Pasta Sauce with Four Cheeses


Cook ground chicken until done. Add in pasta sauce and heat thoroughly. Layer half the sliced zucchini, half the chicken mixture, the other half of sliced zucchini, other half of the chicken mixture, all the mushroom. Cook 20 min at 375 degrees. Then add mozzarella cheese and cook additional 10-15 min. Let stand 5 min before cutting. Cut into quarters and ENJOY! NOTE: Season meat to taste with your choice of seasonings but may add additional nutrients. Serving Size: 1/4 of 8x8 pan is a serving
