Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 100% Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 cup Oat Bran Cereal
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp flaxseed
6 0z Dannon light & fit vanilla yogurt
2/3 cup Silk soy milk
2 tbsp Blue Bonnet light margarine, melted
1 cup Fresh blueberries, rinsed & drained
Directions
Makes 12 muffins
Preheat 400 degree oven
Paper line muffin tin
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a well in the center.
In small bowl, mix yogurt, milk & melted margarine till blended. Pour into well and mix. Add blueberries and stir till blended.
Pour batter into paper lined tin, about 3/4 of way
Bake for about 17 minutes or till golden brown.
