Ingredients

    0.5 tsp Chili powder
    0.5 tsp Cumin seed
    0.5 tsp Garlic powder
    0.5 tsp Onion powder
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    1.0 dash Salt
    0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    0.5 plum tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    0.5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    2.0 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain
    2.0 serving avacado 1 medium

Directions

Mix all ingredients. With the yogurt I use right at about 1 tablespoon, just to lighten the color and bring it together. You can add the juice of half a lime if you like and it will not impact the calorie intake. I normally start by mashing the avacado, then work the spices in. Finally I fold the vegetables in. I use ground cumin seed. Serving Size: One tablespoon
