Ingredients

    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp Onion powder
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    0.50 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    0.50 cup, diced Celery, raw
    2 cup Spinach, fresh
    2.50 serving Trader Joes Turkey meatballs (2)
    0.50 cup Acini De Pepe - (confetti sized pasta)
    2 serving Kraft Parmesan Cheese (2 tsp serving)
    1 cup Chicken Broth -- Trader Joe's Low Sodium Organic (by DIET-DELIGHT)
    3 serving Trader Joe’s Free Range Chicken Broth (1cup/240mL)

Directions

Chop carrots and celery. Heat olive oil in a heavy bottomed pot and saute veggies 3-5 minutes.

While veggies are cooking, cut meatballs into bite sized pieces (thaw first for 1-2 minutes in microwave if using frozen)

Add chicken broth, onion powder, and garlic powder to the veggies. Bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes or until veggies are softened.

Add meatballs and pasta and cook for 5-10 minutes depending on your pasta shape.

Add spinach and cook another 1-2 minutes.

Sprinkle each bowl with 2 tsp of parmesan. Serve immediately.
