    10 almond Almonds
    1 fruit without skin, large Kiwi Fruit
    1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.67 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
    0.4 tbsp Honey

Tips

substitute:
spinach- cucumber;
banana- avocado, blueberry, strawberry;
almonds- cashew nuts;

honey is optional.


Directions
