Ingredients

    4 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.375 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 ounce Yeast, bakers
    .125 cup Granulated Sugar
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Basil
    2 cup Contadina Pizza Sauce
    8.823 oz Bel Gioioso Fresh Mozzerella all-natural cheese
    2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    2 package (6 oz) yields Canadian Bacon
    1 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh

Directions

Combine sugar, water and yeast in 110 degree water
After 15 minutes of fermentation, add olive oil, flour, basil, and a dash of salt
After 45 Min, roll out into 3x12-14 inch pizza
Add sauce, mozzarella, roasted pepper, mushrooms, canadian bacon, and pineapple
Cook 10 minutes in 450° oven on a pizza stone. Cut into 6 pieces and enjoy
