Ingredients

    1 tbsp Onion powder
    1 tbsp Paprika
    1.50 tbsp Salt
    1 clove Garlic
    0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    48 tbsp Cilantro, raw
    0.25 cup Lemon Juice

Tips

Note: 48 TBSP of cilantro = 3 cups of chopped cilantro = 3 bunches
0.25 cups of Lemon Juice = 4 TBSP


Directions

Roast peppers until charred. Throw everything in a blender and blend on high until smooth texture.
